RoastLab Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 18, 2026. RoastLab generates comedy locally with Apple Foundation Models. Subjects, prompts, drafts, favorites, and shared cards are not sent to Bonega.

Data Used By The App

Subject, theme, and tone selections are processed locally to generate requested comedy drafts.
Favorites are stored locally on the device, and share cards leave the app only when you use the iOS share sheet.
Apple processes StoreKit subscriptions; RoastLab reads the local entitlement and does not receive your Apple ID or payment details.

Retention And Deletion

Delete favorites in the app or delete the app to remove local RoastLab data. Shared images and device backups remain under your control.

No Tracking

RoastLab has no account, no analytics, no IDFA, no attribution SDK, no advertising and no cross-app tracking. Your writing is generated on the device. What does reach a server is the App Store purchase record Apple sends us so a subscription can be restored, which is why the deletion request above exists.
