Star a team and Floodlit sends a notification the moment a goal is confirmed, plus kickoff and full-time alerts — only for the teams you follow. Allow notifications when prompted, or enable them later in iOS Settings > Floodlit > Notifications.
What does 'As of 21:43' mean?
Every score tells you exactly how fresh it is. A live match shows the running minute; if updates are delayed you'll see 'Updating…'; if our feed is paused, the score shows the time of the last confirmed update. Floodlit never displays an unconfirmed score.
Do I need an account?
No. Floodlit is free with no sign-up, no subscription, and no purchases. Following teams works with one tap — the app uses an anonymous device identifier so your followed teams can receive goal alerts. We never ask for your name or email.
Data deletion
Floodlit stores your followed teams and language preference. Delete the app to remove all local data; the anonymous device record (a random identifier, your push token, and followed-team ids) is then orphaned and unusable. To request its removal from our server, email us — no account details needed because there are none.
What support can and cannot do
Request
What happens
Restore a purchase
You do it, with Restore Purchases and the original Apple ID. We can talk you through it.
Refund a purchase
Apple handles it, through Report a Problem. We cannot issue an App Store refund.
Recover deleted data
Not for on-device data, which has no server copy. If the app generates media for you, its privacy policy says how long the server keeps that.
Look at your content
Only what you send us. We cannot see what is on your device.
Fix a failed generation
Often, if you send the prompt and roughly when it ran.
Questions that reach us most often
What should I put in the first email?
Name the app, say what you expected and what happened instead, and give the approximate time it happened. That is usually enough to find the request in the logs on the first pass, which is what turns a long exchange into a short one.
I paid and the purchase is not showing. What now?
Use Restore Purchases first, signed in with the Apple ID that made the purchase. Purchases are tied to that Apple ID rather than to the device, so a different ID on the same phone will not find them.
Can you recover something I deleted?
It depends on what it was, and on the app. Most of these apps do their work entirely on the device: notes, photos and records they keep have no server copy, so deleting them is final, which is the drawback of on-device storage and the benefit in the same breath. The apps that GENERATE media for you are the exception, and their own privacy policy says so: a generated video or image is kept server-side for a limited period so your in-app gallery can show it, and you can ask us to delete those records from the contact page.
What can support not do?
We cannot refund an App Store purchase; that is handled by Apple, through Report a Problem. We cannot change what a model generated for a prompt that was refused, and we cannot see your content unless you send it to us.
What this means for you
A message that names the app, the account or Apple ID address, and what you expected usually resolves the case straight away. If your question is about whether the app does a specific thing, the product page answers it faster than we can, and you are welcome to write anyway if it does not.
