Credits are the currency used for generating videos on our platform. Different video settings consume different amounts of credits.

Credits from subscriptions refresh monthly. Purchased credit packs never expire as long as your account is active.

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Cancelling from Settings schedules the end of your plan for the end of the billing period you already paid for. Until then your plan and its remaining subscription credits stay usable. When the period ends, any unused subscription credits are removed. Purchased credit packs are not affected by cancelling. Charges are final and non-refundable except where required by law; refund requests sent by email within 14 days are reviewed case by case for accounts that have used fewer than 150 credits.

Video duration and the resolution you choose (Standard or 2K) affect how many credits a video costs. There is no model selection: the price per second depends only on the resolution.

Yes, you retain full ownership of all videos you generate on our platform, subject to our terms of service.

Every generated second is billed at 4.125 credits at Standard resolution and 6.75 credits at 2K. At Standard resolution a 5-second clip costs 21 credits, a 30-second video 124 credits and a 60-second video 248 credits; at 2K they cost 34, 203 and 405 credits, and a 2K video can be up to 60 seconds. The Standard plan includes 200 credits a month, about 45 seconds at Standard resolution; the Pro plan includes 1500 credits, about 355 seconds at Standard resolution. Segments of a long request are billed at the resolution you chose; extensions of a finished video are always billed at Standard. Generating a reference image with AI is optional and costs 5 credits on top; a clip from a text prompt or your own photo needs no extra credits. Credit packs top this up when you need more.

On bonega.ai, subscriptions and credit purchases are paid by credit or debit card through Stripe (Apple Pay and Google Pay appear when your browser supports them). In the iOS app, billing goes through the App Store. We do not accept PayPal, bank transfer or cryptocurrency.

App Store prices include Apple's commission, so the same plans cost more in the iOS app than on the web. Subscribe on bonega.ai for the lowest price; your subscription then works everywhere, including the iOS app.
