MoveInProof Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 18, 2026. MoveInProof stores property details, room checklists, condition notes, photos, and timestamps locally until you choose to export a report.

Data Used By The App

  • Camera and photo-library access are used only when you add evidence to a condition record.
  • Reports are generated locally and leave the device only when you choose to save or share them through iOS.
  • No account or sign-in is required for v1.0.

Retention And Deletion

Delete individual records in the app or delete the app to remove local data. Exported PDFs, device backups, and copies shared to other people remain under their respective owners’ control.

Crash and performance reports

When the app crashes or runs slowly, it sends Apple's MetricKit crash and performance report to bonega.ai. The report contains the app and iOS versions, the device model and technical details of the problem, but no account, device identifier or anything you put in the app. It is kept only in rotating server logs, normally for a few days, and used only to fix problems.

No Tracking

MoveInProof has no analytics, advertising identifier, attribution SDK, cloud evidence upload, or cross-app tracking.
