MoveInProof stores data locally in the app container. Delete the app to delete the local report and attachments from the device.

Name the app, say what you expected and what happened instead, and give the approximate time it happened. That is usually enough to find the request in the logs on the first pass, which is what turns a long exchange into a short one.
Use Restore Purchases first, signed in with the Apple ID that made the purchase. Purchases are tied to that Apple ID rather than to the device, so a different ID on the same phone will not find them.
It depends on what it was, and on the app. Most of these apps do their work entirely on the device: notes, photos and records they keep have no server copy, so deleting them is final, which is the drawback of on-device storage and the benefit in the same breath. The apps that GENERATE media for you are the exception, and their own privacy policy says so: a generated video or image is kept server-side for a limited period so your in-app gallery can show it, and you can ask us to delete those records from the contact page.
We cannot refund an App Store purchase; that is handled by Apple, through Report a Problem. We cannot change what a model generated for a prompt that was refused, and we cannot see your content unless you send it to us.
A message that names the app, the account or Apple ID address, and what you expected usually resolves the case straight away. If your question is about whether the app does a specific thing, the product page answers it faster than we can, and you are welcome to write anyway if it does not.
