Room photos & redesigns

RoomRender reads only the room photo you choose, then returns 5 AI redesigns in your selected style. Walls, windows, and doorways are preserved; furniture, color, and finishes change. Redesigns are concepts, not construction plans.

Redesign help

If a room redesign misses the structure of your room, send the original photo, the selected style, and the result. We can review the issue and help you retry.

Restore your subscription

Reinstalled or changed devices? Open RoomRender, go to Settings or the paywall, and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple ID that started the subscription. RoomRender Pro is a 3-day free trial then an auto-renewing subscription; manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.

Subscription & credits

Refund, upgrade, or cancellation questions. Manage subscription cancellations directly in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Your data

Saved redesigns live in your private on-device library with no cloud sync. Room photos are processed to create your designs. Generated designs and previews are scheduled for deletion 24 hours after creation. Cleanup runs hourly and retries failed deletions, so storage failures can delay removal. Delete the app to remove your local library from the device.

Privacy & data

Privacy questions: Contact Us. Read our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect.

RoomRender does not require a Bonega account. Include your Apple purchase email only if you want help with a subscription issue.

What support can and cannot do

RequestWhat happens
Restore a purchaseYou do it, with Restore Purchases and the original Apple ID. We can talk you through it.
Refund a purchaseApple handles it, through Report a Problem. We cannot issue an App Store refund.
Recover deleted dataNot for on-device data, which has no server copy. If the app generates media for you, its privacy policy says how long the server keeps that.
Look at your contentOnly what you send us. We cannot see what is on your device.
Fix a failed generationOften, if you send the prompt and roughly when it ran.

Questions that reach us most often

What should I put in the first email?

Name the app, say what you expected and what happened instead, and give the approximate time it happened. That is usually enough to find the request in the logs on the first pass, which is what turns a long exchange into a short one.

I paid and the purchase is not showing. What now?

Use Restore Purchases first, signed in with the Apple ID that made the purchase. Purchases are tied to that Apple ID rather than to the device, so a different ID on the same phone will not find them.

Can you recover something I deleted?

It depends on what it was, and on the app. Most of these apps do their work entirely on the device: notes, photos and records they keep have no server copy, so deleting them is final, which is the drawback of on-device storage and the benefit in the same breath. The apps that GENERATE media for you are the exception, and their own privacy policy says so: a generated video or image is kept server-side for a limited period so your in-app gallery can show it, and you can ask us to delete those records from the contact page.

What can support not do?

We cannot refund an App Store purchase; that is handled by Apple, through Report a Problem. We cannot change what a model generated for a prompt that was refused, and we cannot see your content unless you send it to us.

What this means for you

A message that names the app, the account or Apple ID address, and what you expected usually resolves the case straight away. If your question is about whether the app does a specific thing, the product page answers it faster than we can, and you are welcome to write anyway if it does not.
