StitchGuard Privacy Policy
Effective May 24, 2026. StitchGuard is an anonymous iOS app for reviewing visible cross-stitch and embroidery pattern-listing details before you buy or stitch. It does not create a Bonega account and does not collect an email or password inside the app.
Data Used By The App
- Pattern screenshots, photos, or PDF pages are used only to prepare the requested pattern report.
- Saved reports may store imported image/PDF references, visible chart details, thread-key notes, and user-authored seller questions.
- Purchases and restores are handled by StoreKit on the device. StitchGuard registers no device identifier with us and sends us no transaction data.
- Report exports are generated locally from the report content you choose to save or share.
Retention And Deletion
Pattern reports and imported references are kept in the app library until you delete them or remove the app. There are no server-side purchase or restore records, because the app makes no such call.

No Tracking
StitchGuard does not use advertising identifiers, third-party ad tracking, or cross-app tracking for the iOS app.
