VibePack Privacy Policy

• Selected selfie photos are uploaded only when you choose to generate a VibePack portrait pack.
• The selected selfie photo may contain a face. It is used only as visual reference for the selected style pack and optional custom direction.
• An anonymous device identifier and purchase transaction data (Apple StoreKit on iOS, Google Play Billing on Android) are used for purchase restore and entitlement checks.
• Generated portrait images may be stored so the in-app library can show previous packs.
• On Android, VibePack requests no camera, location, or contacts permission. Selfie selection uses the system Photo Picker, which needs no storage permission on modern Android versions.

• VibePack does not use Apple Vision, ARKit face mesh, TrueDepth, Face ID, faceprints, biometric templates, face geometry, face landmarks, or face-recognition identifiers.
• VibePack does not identify a person, verify identity, authenticate users, compare faces across users, or build a facial-recognition profile.
• The only face-related input is the ordinary photo the user explicitly selects. If that photo contains a face, the image is processed by our backend and fal.ai Flux Kontext Pro to generate the requested stylized portraits while preserving likeness.
• We do not sell face-related information and do not use selected selfie photos or generated portraits for advertising tracking.

Selected source selfie uploads are temporary reference files and are deleted by our upload-cleanup process after generation or, if orphaned, within 10 hours. Generated portrait images are retained for up to 90 days so the app library can display previous packs, unless deletion is requested earlier.

VibePack does not use advertising identifiers, third-party ad tracking, or cross-app tracking on iOS or Android.
