Switched devices or reinstalled? Open SellerSnap → Paywall → Restore Purchases (or Profile → Restore Purchases). Use the same Apple ID that bought the original subscription.

Background swap issues

A swap didn't come out right — reflective surface, glass, or an edge clipped? Send the source photo and the background you picked. We can usually re-run the swap on the house.

SellerSnap has no account or sign-in. Your identity is an anonymous device ID. To delete the per-device data we store for product-photo generation, use our お問い合わせ page and include an address where we can reach you.
