Switched devices or reinstalled? Open VibePack → Paywall → Restore Purchases (or Profile → Restore Purchases). Use the same Apple ID that bought the original subscription.
A pack didn't capture your face well? Send us the source selfie, the pack you picked, and any custom direction you used. We can usually re-run the portrait set on the house.
Refund, upgrade, or cancellation questions. Manage subscription cancellations directly in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

VibePack has no account or sign-in. Your identity is an anonymous device ID. To delete the per-device data we store for portrait generation, use our Contact Us page and include an address where we can reach you.
