Reinstalled or switched devices? Open Leafwise, go to the paywall or Profile, and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID that bought the original subscription.
A clear, well-lit photo of a single plant gives the best ranked candidates. Local matching stays on-device; optional Enhanced ID sends the selected photo only after you turn it on. If a result or care card looks wrong, send a screenshot of the photo and the displayed result. Leafwise does not provide edibility, toxicity, or medical advice.
Refund, upgrade, or cancellation questions. Manage subscription cancellations directly in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
