Switched devices or reinstalled? Open MemoryReel → Credits → Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID that bought the original credit pack. The optional Pro Monthly subscription restores the same way.
Your reel didn't capture the moment? You can regenerate from your library. If you'd like a hand, send us the occasion and the photos you used — we'll work with you to make the reel feel right.
Refund, credit-pack, or Pro Monthly questions. Pro Monthly cancellations are managed in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Credit packs are one-time purchases and never expire.

MemoryReel has no account or sign-in. Your identity is an anonymous device ID. To delete the per-device data we store for tribute-reel generation (photos, voice recording, generated video), use our Contact Us page and include an address where we can reach you.
