MemoryReel Terms of Use
Effective May 24, 2026. MemoryReel creates AI tribute videos from user-selected photos and optional typed narration. You must have the rights and consent needed for the photos, people, voices you describe and memories you submit.
Purchases
One-time credit packs are the primary purchase option, and credits do not expire. A credit is deducted before a generation job is queued. If generation fails, the backend attempts to return the deducted credit, but that recovery can fail; contact support if it did not happen. Optional auto-renewing Pro Monthly is $19.99/month in the US and permits 2 reels per UTC calendar month, at most 1 per UTC day. These limits reset by UTC calendar date, independently of billing renewal. Find Pro in the in-app store or app Settings; Apple checkout shows the actual local price. Cancel through iOS Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions. Apple handles purchases and decides App Store cash refunds through Report a Problem. Restore Purchases can restore eligible Pro subscriptions and recover unfinished credit transactions; it does not promise restoration of completed consumable packs on another device.
AI Output
The iOS app requests a tribute of about 45 seconds, with no duration picker. Selected photos appear in selection order; the occasion guides the visual prompt and stock narration voice. The background bed is synthesized, not a selected piano recording. Generation can take several minutes. Generated reels are creative AI outputs and may contain mistakes, omissions or visual artifacts. Review every reel before sharing or saving. If narration fails, the app warns that the video has no narration. Trying a new tribute uses another credit or available Pro allowance; the Library has no regenerate action. Cancelling local waiting does not guarantee that an accepted server job stops.

Acceptable Use
Do not upload photos, narration text or personal material you do not have permission to use. Do not use MemoryReel for impersonation, harassment, deceptive memorial content, or illegal content.
