1. Information We Collect
At bonega.ai, we collect information to provide you with the best AI video generation experience. Sections 1.1–1.3 below describe data practices for the bonega.ai web platform. Our galaxy mobile apps (PawClip and similar device-anonymous apps) do NOT require account creation and do NOT collect email addresses or passwords — your identity in those apps is an anonymous device UUID stored locally in your device's secure keychain. For galaxy apps, only sections 1.2 (Video Generation Data) and 1.4 (Mobile Application Data) apply. The information we collect includes:
1.1 Account Information (web platform only)
- Email address and password for account creation (bonega.ai web only — not collected by galaxy mobile apps)
- Profile information (name, preferences) — web only
- Subscription and billing information
1.2 Video Generation Data
- Text prompts and descriptions you provide for video generation
- Generated videos and their metadata
- Usage statistics and preferences
- Feedback and ratings on generated content
1.3 Technical Information
- IP address and device information
- Browser type and operating system
- Usage patterns and performance metrics
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies
1.4 Mobile Application Data
When using our iOS or Android mobile application, we may request access to certain device features:
- Camera: To capture photos that serve as reference images for AI video generation
- Photo Library (Read): To select existing images from your device for video generation
- Photo Library (Write): To save generated videos directly to your device
- Push Notifications: To notify you when your video generation is complete or when important updates are available
Photos and images you provide through the mobile app are processed by our AI systems in the same manner as content uploaded through our web platform, as described in Section 1.2. We do not access photos or files beyond those you explicitly select for video generation.
1.5 Anti-Fraud and Abuse Prevention
To protect service integrity and prevent payment abuse, we collect:
- Payment method identifiers (card fingerprints) to prevent abuse across multiple accounts
- This data is used to detect suspicious multi-account payment behavior
- Card fingerprints are anonymized identifiers that cannot be used to make charges or identify specific card details
- This fraud prevention measure is a condition of using paid checkout and subscription services
Legal basis: Contractual necessity (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) - this processing is necessary to provide paid subscription services
Retention period: Card fingerprints are retained for 12 months for fraud prevention purposes
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:

Where we rely on your consent, such as analytics and marketing cookies, withdraw it at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it
Complaining to a supervisory authority
If you are in the EU or the EEA, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of the country where you live, where you work, or where you believe the problem occurred. You can do this whether or not you contact us first. Clashware Sarl is established in Switzerland, where data protection is supervised by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); the FDPIC is the Swiss authority and does not handle complaints made under the GDPR.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
7. International Data Transfers
As a Swiss-based company, we primarily process data within Switzerland and the European Economic Area. However, your information may be processed in countries other than your residence for AI model processing and cloud infrastructure services. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers, including Swiss-adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses where applicable.
