What marketplaces does SellerSnap support?
Outputs are sized and cropped for Etsy, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Depop, and most custom storefronts. Square crops are ready for marketplace listings.
Will the AI mangle my product?
No. SellerSnap swaps the background only; the product stays. Spot-check each output before uploading — AI may occasionally need a manual tweak on reflective surfaces such as mirrors or glass.
Can I choose a background style?
Yes. The v2 canvas editor includes ten background options across studio, lifestyle, and flat-lay scenes — plus six other categories (lighting, color, surface, framing, vibe, polish) you can stack in the same edit. Custom background uploads are not part of the v2 release.
What happens to my product photo after the swap?
It’s used to produce the swapped image and is not kept as a library item. Swapped images stay in your in-app library for 90 days and are deletable anytime.
Do I need an account?
No. SellerSnap uses an anonymous device UUID stored in your iPhone’s Keychain. No email, no password, no profile. Use Restore Purchases on your paywall to move your subscription between devices.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are managed in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. 3-day free trial included on first purchase.
What if a swap doesn’t look right?
Email [email protected] with the source photo and the background you picked. We can usually re-run the swap on the house.
