Is Bonega legit, and what happens when I pay?

What you are charged, and when

• Standard, $9/month — 200 credits per month, about 48 seconds of video.
• Pro, $49/month — 1500 credits per month, about 6 min 3 s of video.
• The Small Pack is a one-time $10 purchase for 130 credits. You can buy it without a subscription, or use it to add credits to a plan.
• Billing runs in advance. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are in.

What the product actually does

Text or an image becomes video. A clip longer than 15 seconds is generated as a chain of segments, each animating the last frame of the one before it, merged into a single MP4 — so the total length is not capped by the model's per-clip limit. Credits are spent per second of video generated, at 4.125 credits per second at Standard resolution and 6.75 at 2K, and a generation that fails does not consume them.

What it is not: it is not a stock library, it is not a human editing service, and it does not promise that any particular named model will be used for your clip. The pipeline picks a model per step.

What this means for you

Judge it the way you would any small tool: the company is named, based in Switzerland, reachable, and the terms and refund conditions are published on the site. If you need an enterprise procurement trail, a signed DPA or a support SLA, ask before you buy rather than after. Preview examples and save a draft before paying, then choose Standard or Pro when you are ready to generate.
